Basic information
The diameter of the coin is 20 mm, the thickness is 1.6 mm. On the obverse at the top is the small State Emblem of Ukraine. There is also a bank name. In the middle, in a cartouche with eight corners on the shield, is the emblem of the financial institution of Ukraine, created from allegorical statues of griffins. Next to them is the hryvnia of Kievan Rus'. It is a symbol of the preservation and increase of the gold state reserve. On the same side are presented the nominal value of the cash sign, the year of issue, the sample, the designation of the metal and its mass.
The reverse side of the coin is occupied by one of the most famous characters in the Bible. "Archangel Michael" conquers evil, and also patronizes soldiers who fight for a righteous cause.
